Our 14 Allergens Staff Safety Guide has been designed to provide the legal requirements that The Food Standards Agency (FSA) and DEFRA introduced, which legally came into effect in December 2014. By law restaurants and food outlets are now required to provide details of all the possible allergens that are within the menu items which are being served. All employees must be able to provide the correct information to customers, this sign clearly shows each of the categories and what is within each group.
Printed size is A3 (297 x 420mm) and comes as either a self-adhesive vinyl which can be instantly applied to most surfaces.

Estimated delivery times are based on orders being placed prior to the cut off time and that all items are in stock.
Daily cut-off time
All orders are processed before 10am, Monday to Friday (ex. national holidays). All orders after this time will be dispatched the next working day (subject to availability).
Out of stock items
Any out of stock items ordered will be dispatched via the same selected delivery method as your original order, as soon as stock becomes available.
